Does this product work well after few months? Many reviews say it stopped working after a while

For me it is working for past 5 months. Not faced any issue till date but not very amazing for head massage. It's "ok" kind of. I saw many positive reviews and out of curiosity ordered this product. later i realized that the reviews might be biased as for extended warranty they asked to upload screenshot of review.

Can we use it after oiling my scalp ?

Yes. But the surface of the machine will get too sticky. It is advisable to open the rubber knobs and wash them separately. And wipe the surface with a cloth (lightly wet, may be) but carefully so that water does not get inside the machine.
