What is the maximum weight curtains that can be fitted?

Hello , The maximum weight curtains is 60KG.

What are the dimensions of the motor. Especially, the hight of the motor pack please.

By my measurement, the height of the motor is 27cm. It slots into the gear that hauls the curtain open and closed, and this is 3cm high. So there's 30cm of equipment to hide behind the curtain.

Is it compatible with mini google or only Google home ? Thanks

Hello Customer, Yes,it's compatible with mini google and Google home. Also the Amazon Alexa and Amazon echo are no problem.

How do you get the remote to work? I can't seem to find any instructions to pair the devices

if memory serves, take the cover off and press the learning button on the motor and on the remote. I am sure there are instructions but the manual is hard to read so you may need to look through every section of it to get to the right bit
