Quality, effective, and inexpensive
This stuff works like a charm. It took my waterproof mascara off without scrubbing, two swipes and it was gone. It was very gentle on my eyes and left my skin soft with no oily feeling. The size of the bottle and the effectiveness means it will last a very long time. It was inexpensive but because it’s Neutrogena I knew it was quality.

This makeup remover works great. I use it for eye makeup and it is not oily but easily removes mascara, eyeliner and eye shadow with ease, no rubbing just a simple swipe. I’m sensitive to smells and this has no scent at all.

Overall pleased
This product is oil free as described but not as gentle as I wished it was. The consistency of the eye makeup remover is perfect. Price was competitive. It was shipped fast . I am overall pleased with this product, but I still think it should be a little bit more gentle for the eye area. It was moisturizing, the thickness was appropriate to it's consistency and the size was fine, way bigger than most eye make up remover products in the market.

Good, But Not The Best
I'm actually a little disappointed! I remember this being one of my all-time favorite eye makeup removers from high school. I guess high school me didn't know what she was talking about. That isn't to say that this is terrible! It does work just fine, and I like it. I'll break it down into three sections to elaborate: QUALITY: Neutrogena is my go-to company for skincare, generally speaking. Almost all of my products are from them. They're easy to find, affordable, and generally work great. This gets a three star instead of a four star because I think it's lower quality than the rest of their products. I'm just... not impressed. Why? Glad you asked! You see... FEEL: It's oily. Oily, oily, oily. My skin feels like an oil slick after I'm done, honestly. This doesn't matter THAT much because it's removing eye make-up. I just really hate the feeling of it, and it feels sticky and heavy until I wash the rest of it off my lid. If your skin is prone to breakouts, I wouldn't recommend this product. It's funny, because it says it's "oil-free", but I swear it's chock full! It feels awful! But... EFFICIENCY: Like I mentioned, it DOES get the job done in true Neutrogena fashion. If you're okay with the discomfort of having an awful-feeling product leaving a gross residue on your eye... then I guess it's worth it! I guess I'll leave it at this: I WILL be using the entirety of the product, but I will NOT be buying it again. I'll try something different next time. Oh, Neutrogena, you've let me down this time!
