How is the air squeezed out ? Do we have to do it manually or you need another vaccum motor to do that ?

You do it manually by rolling the bag to remove the air, after you seal it. Don't waste your money on these bags. The air leaks back into the bags. I was not impressed with these bags.

What actually are the dimensions? There are three different sizes listed: size 16”; dimensions 2.4 x 2.4 x 11.6 and 27.5 x 19.5 x 0.5 inches

Do the clothes come out wrinkled once you take them out of the bag? Does everything wrinkle more this way?

yes they do wrinkle a little. I try to fold them neatly and not over stuff the bags and that does seem to help. If it's something really dressy or something that naturally wrinkles easily (linen items) i will not put it in the bags.
