I purchased this neck pillow for my future plane trip and it feels super comfortable. It’s soft, portable, and works wonderfully to relieve stiffness that can be caused by long hours on the airplane. The pillow heats up quickly and retains warmth which is perfect for relaxing the neck and upper back muscles. The weight of the pillow is not heavy but feels durable and the lavender scent adds a calming touch. It fits comfortably around the neck, but can also be used on other parts of the body like the shoulders or stomach. One thing that stood out to me was how well it retains heat. It seems to hold the warmth deep inside and radiates out, unlike other products I’ve tried. It stays warm much longer, which I really appreciate. Overall, the quality is great…no strange smells like other neck pillows I’ve had in the past. It’s also a great value for the price. Definitely worth buying again!

The product is great and give great coverage for top and bottom of neck, and wraps nicely. Material is also very comfortable. However, the extra size comes with extra weight, and I find it too heavy for me to wear for long when sitting at the computer or walking around. I am 82 years old and I'm sure that has an impact. So I find it works better for me if I'm laying down or laying back, say in a recliner. To be fair to the manufacturer, there is a warning about extra weight for elderly patients.

Stays warm longer than most

This is the second one I purchased first was back in 2021 and it’s still as good as it was when I got it. The hands-free I’d like a lot better because the back is wider which makes my neck feel better and I’ve also used it on my stomach. I waited too long I wanted to get the red plaid, but it was sold out so I got this one. Great quality.

Works well, except for one major issue. Most of the beads concentrate in the bottom when placed on the neck, so it does a great job of heating your upper chest but not so great a job of applying heat to the neck. A simple fix would be creating stitched pockets to distribute the beads along the length of of the wrap. But unfortunately it's just a large sleeve with beads inside, and gravity will move most of them to whatever is the lowest point when in place. A small number of beads will be at the high point, but that's not where they are needed.

Works exactly as described. I don't notice any smell. It fits perfect around my neck.

Good but too heavy for anyone has neck pain already

I'm very pleased with my heating pad. I purchased the medium size and it's just right. The pad keeps it's warmth and doesn't get too hot.

Best heat pack I've purchased. Filling is packed tightly, perfect size for beck and the wider back section Is also perfect for the tummy. Versatile a good quality. And the lavender scent is likely all natural, very soothing.
