This is the best and at a great price! You don't need expensive sleeping meds.
A few years ago I was determined to find what it is in Nyquil that makes you sleep so good. I did it! This is it! I take this before bed, and it does the trick. My husband and son started trying it and they love it too. This really works, try it!

Easy to break in half if you want less of an effect.
The best stuff out there at a great price. Works fairly quickly, you won't get any kind of hangover. Small size and you can also break them in half easily if you want less of an effect. Taste is awful, so swallow quickly! My circadian rhythm is wonky so I really need these to function at my job. These take care of the sleep problem.

Works, but is a "Cholinesterase Inhibitors", discuss with pharmacist!
Works fine but I have since learned that using "Cholinesterase Inhibitors" like this can contribute to Dementia risk significantly. DO ask your Pharmacist about this and they can give you a list of meds that have this property so they can be avoided.

Save your money! Didn’t work well to help us sleep.
I didn’t find they did much to help me sleep. I gave them to my husband and he too said the same! Save your money. Didn’t work for either of us.

Works every night!
I have always had a hard time sleeping or even falling asleep. I've tried so many different products that promised the same thing. Some would work good and some wouldn't work at all. Until I found this product the 1st time at Costco. I now longer live close to a Costco so I was so delighted to find it on Amazon. Now I'm sleeping like I should be again and absolutely no grogginess the next day.
