AFTERSHOKZ Aeropex Blue Eclipse. International

I’ve been procrastinating about getting these for a while and when I saw them on offer I jumped at the chance! In terms of performance they match exactly what I was expecting, as a million reviews have already said the sound quality isn’t as good as in ear headphones but for cycling and running it is more than adequate (in fact it’s slightly better than I was expecting).The box opening experience is incredible, the packaging is premium and the headphones feel very high end.For me the only things which let this product down are the operating sounds and voice, it screams budget when you first switch them on and it instantly devalued the experience. I just hope Shokz have changed this on their top tier open run pro as I would have been super disappointed if I had paid £150! Pretty sure this is easily sorted by a firmware update or patch if Shokz wanted to. It’s something I would strongly suggest they look at sorting.I would rate these 8/10 and recommend getting a pair especially at this great price!

Wow. These are amazing. Being able to listen to music on these whilst being aware of what is happening around you is simply amazing. So much more comfortable than either in or over earphones. They weigh nothing and are so comfortable you can almost forget you have these on. I was sceptical about bone conducting until I got these but now I can highly recommend them. The sound quality is nowhere near my Bose noise cancelling earbuds but these were about a third of the price. I can easily wear glasses at the same time as well for reference and they also fit under my cycling helmet!

Great fit, comfortable and no problems with it coming off whilst running. Sound quality is solidly in the totally fine but nothing to shout about category. Would recommend strongly for running over normal ones though though

Sit comfortably and although the sound quality is not to the standard of an in ear bud, it allows you to listen to music/podcasts and hear vehicles clearly.Not so useful in a gym when the gym is also playing music!

Very clear headphones, apparently very comfortable too as he wears them all day for work calls.

Cuts out and the battery deteriorates quickly, sending it back, unfortunately.

This is the second pair I’ve had, first ones stopped working after 18 months. Got refund without quibble.I wear them all day everyday for work. I work outside and need to hear traffic etc. But able to listen to music or audiobooks while working. Since I purchased 10 different friends have bought them too. I should be on commission!!

They are great for running and exercise where listening to music is the main goal. Should you want to take a call, forget it. The other person won't be able to hear to at all.Overall fantastic and I would buy again.
