AirBake Natural Cookie Sheet, 14 x 12 in

Love my airbake pan. Great for baking cookies, cinnamon rolls and other goodies on. My friend recommended Airbake to me and I am glad she did. Much better than those cheap pans I used to use. The pan is sturdy and I like the quality. I know this pan will last a long time. Very easy to clean sometimes after I use it I just wipe it down and everything easily wipes off without me having to hand wash the pan. I do not even spray it with anything a cost savings there. Also, would make a great gift. I wish I had known about Airbake sooner but glad I do now. Highly recommend.

I've been using the 14 x 12 size in my 5th wheel oven. It fits well and it just lives in there all the time. My food no longer burns. I actually have 2 of them. One lives in there all the time. It allows me to use my other pans without food burning because it's gotten rid of the hot spot in the middle. I also love that it's big enough to catch crumbs and makes cleaning my oven very easy.

I have a small oven and needed this size. It is shiny, and it darkens with use (and where you use it- leaving cookie prints) and "rubs of" on a paper towel when you spray/wipe cooking oil spray. I wish this size were available in the non-stick teflon coated version. That said, it IS a nice item. Bakes cookies evenly and doesn't burn the bottoms. Clean up isn't a problem at long as you use non-stick cooking spray.

I am so happy to have found these! When I picked up a small convection oven, I decided to invest in a couple of these bake sheets. I have had great luck with the conventional-sized ones for my gas oven. Now that it's summer and I would like to keep the kitchen cooler, I snagged a couple of these. I also like that I don't have to use them with any parchment paper. I know one of the high-end cooking magazines panned these type of sheets a few years back, but I've always been happy with mine.

Held its shape (didn't warp), food cooked evenly without any burning, and the pan cleaned up well.

I bought this to use in my travel trailer oven to prevent things from burning as I have read this works for this purpose. While I am satisfied with the results, I am quite disappointed it arrived with 3 dents which were concealed by the paper inside the plastic wrap. When it arrived in the mail, I put it into the travel trailer without taking the manufacturing wrap off of it. Once on our trip and unwrapped for use I needed to use it and, although it didn't affect the use, I would rather if it was going to be dented it was from use and not brand new condition.

Bakes and browns cookies to perfection. Sheets are durable and long lasting, I am still using my first set I purchased almost 20yrs ago and only purchased another set so I can easily rotate hot and cold sheets in between batches. Each sheet easily holds 12 cookies.

I use these almost daily. They are the perfect size and it’s nice to fit them side by side on a single oven rack. Lightweight and insulated. Easy to clean. Raised lip on one end to make it easy to grasp with a potholder.
