Already on my second bottle. It works great, in around 30 min I’m ready to go sleep even with anxiety or stress. It does not relax but make me feel my eyes tired and my body heavy so is easier to sleep without fighting back. The effects on me wear off in around 45 to 1hr if I don't go to sleep. Helped me a lot to recover my night bed time. Its very sweet for my taste and still having the mentholated taste like a flue syrup. Would keep buying it because is affordable and works great.

This product works so well and it tastes ok, too! I could feel it start working within about 15 minutes of taking it and it really made me sleep better for longer. I feel like the pills are a better value for the money, though.... I also stopped using this product as I have become more aware of possible long term effects of the main ingredient.
