I include this bar in my breakfastits a low calorie bar with no added suggar and thats the best part of this bar rather than other chocolate bars which have high calories. It is nutritious as it contains natural ingredients like seeds,oats. Flavour is extremely good.It is a value for money and healthy choice as a nutritious bar.

Has nuts n seeds hence seems healthy .. but too sweet for my taste

I like the flavour of this bar. It is not tasteless as most protein bars. Very delicious and healthy. It has chunks of fruits that add a nice taste to every bite. Very filling. I eat only half of it whenever I need something to snack on. Will try other flavours too

Definitely controls the hunger pangs and tastes good as well. But those looking for higher protein and to sustain the hunger pangs for a longer time, I would recommend the 22g protein bar
