Waste of money

No Protien list
Had no protein list on it. Loved the meal planner but sent back due to no protien option list.

No adhesive
It's neat but having it come rolled up makes it hard to get flat and there is no adhesive whatsoever. I wish I had read others reviews before dropping $30 on this
