New Super Mario Bros.U(Japanese Version)

This is an excellent product to have but the game is region locked, I recently learned about this and ended up keeping it since I thought it would be cool to just have. Unless you can hack your Wii U and change its region to Japan, the. You will not be able to play this game.

I am unable to play game on my WII U. I'm getting a disc error. Tried trouble shooting, but unsuccessful.

I didn't realize this was a Japanese game and wouldn't work on my son's game system.

Japanese version, don’t work on US console

I cannot believe I didn't see the previous review first. Very much unlike me! Had I read it, I would have save myself time, money, and grief. It is not for US region. Wouldn't play. I knew as soon as I opened the package. Everything in Japanese.
