I think the UP16 uses a smaller filter but check by looking at the numbers embossed on the filter that is currently in the vacuum. Open the vacuum in the sunlight so it is easier to see the numbers on the filter because they are molded in blue plastic (ours), and not printed on in black ink.

Will this fit my dyson ball up19 vacuum?

YES - They should fit as required and the one's sent to us fit ours without issue. -- Dyson DC40 Post HEPA 922676-01 and Dyson DC40 Pre-Motor 923587-02 both fit the UP19, Multi-Floor 2.

Hepa certification question. how is it you offer four filters for the price of one from dyson? can you certify that these truly are hepa filters?

The units we received are exactly the same as purchased from a Dyson dealer near us, but without the added cost of such things as "business fee's, business taxes, location fees, advertising, insurance depending on where the store is located, storage and store electrical costs". I just received these filters. my dyson now has a high pitched whistle. when i put the old "ball" filter back in, it disappears. what should i do?

Are you absolutely sure these are the correct "replacement" filters ? -- If the outside diameter is smaller or the replacement filter's do not "set into its foundation completely" then there will be a space between the new filter and the vacuum body and this area where the air is being sucked into the machine will cause a high pitched whine. You older filter has had time to "wear its way into the original mounting area, which will give it a natural tight seal".
