How big is the ring binder? Is it 20 or 30 mm wide?

If you're talking about the ring size, I would say about 20mm - I just compared it to a Filofax Clipbook A5 and the rings on the were visibly bigger than the Wanderings organiser. My perception is that the capacity is very similar although I excpect that the Clipbook will probably hold more. The capacity is probably about the same as a typical notebook. I think it's supplied with 100 sheets of good quality paper. I've currently got about 80 sheets of 100gsm paper and insterts in mine and that's a very comfortable fit - I could easily fit more but not a lot more - I would say that the capacity really is around 100 sheets.

Does it come with the inserts

Yes, it comes with inserts. I think you get about 13 weeks worth of undated week to a view pages, a few other month / year planner type things along with the usual selection of lined and dotted sheets. Overall, the fill is probably comparable to a Filofax Clipbook, so it's certainly adequate (although I can't remember having any / many Todo / list type papers). The paper quality is very good (120gsm). The only odd thing that I noticed was that the supplied papers are a few millimetres narrower than standard A5. It's probably US Organizer (1/2 letter size) paper, which is about 2mm longer and 3mm narrower than A5. As the difference is very small, you won't have a problem using A5 papers.

Is this diary for 2023 please ?

The quick answer is No; it came with undated week-to-a-view pages, but not enough for the full year - though nothing stopping you copying more. I already had an A5 diary in use so it wasn't a problem.
