I AM enjoying my grounding mat as I watch tv and book reading.

Absolutely love it! I slept with it on my bed as I waited for my large mat to be delivered and within an hour, my body felt the difference and overnight was wonderful. Definitely definitely definitely buy it. I had for knee replacement almost a year ago so I have a lot of stiffness and inflammation especially when it’s cold. This made a huge difference woke up and greatly decreased pain aches. Slept better than I have in a long time. The science behind it is true grounding definitely works if you’re questioning it just order it. It is worth every day which this was reasonably price.

I bought a small pad to sit on, while online, but the mat didn't work well on my sofa, due to bunching and moving so much. I transferred it to my bed to touch my knees to feet, which is better, but I'm aware of it bunching during the night. Waking with LESS INFLAMMATION AND BACK PAIN after just 2 days, so I know it works! I'm getting another delivered today, which will stretch across the bottom of my bed, and be stabilized by straps provided. Not sure if I'll keep the smaller one, but I might figure out a better placement for it (maybe on the floor, while I'm typing)! You know when go to the beach, barefeet in the sand, staying there for hours... and when you go home you just feel calm, relaxed and happy. Thats what this mat provides. I didnt notice it at first, its an effect I barely noticed. One day it hit me, it gives me the feeling of a nice day at the beach, that serene feeling. Provided subtle but eventualy noticable calming and relaxtion. For the technical parts. Mat is really easy to put away, i jist roll or up and find a safe spot to store it. Its not tiny but its small enough it fit my hall storage cabinet. The cord is long, its white which is a bummer but that makes me recognize it a bit faster so harder to loose. My out of the box use case. I step on this barefoot when ever im working on my computer or other electornics senstive to static. This beats putting on that arm band you then clip to the metal on the case. This mat gives much better range of motion. Just dont take your feet off of it. Mat is large enough I can lie down on it without a shirt on (bare skin is best) and it covers my whole back no problem. When plugged in doesnt feel like its doing anything but it does ground up. Sometimes i sit on this and use it while i meditate (doing the gateeay tapes)

It doesn’t come with any instructions whatsoever. you’re not sure which side to put on the surface and which side you put your body on! I had to go back and look at pictures of the device on Amazon. You don’t feel anything so you’re not sure if it’s really working. My suggestion is if you get one, that has the the voltage/outlet tester. I had to purchase that separate and it’s coming today so how do I feel? I’m not sure just yet, I’m not sure if it’s working or not.

Ended up returning this item as it will not stay in place AT ALL. I wanted it for the bed, but you roll over and it does not stay placed, but scrunches up and takes off!! Material is soft, it was a perfect fit and very durable. Just would not anchor.

You can obtain a Multimeter for under $10 on this site or your local shopping. It's important you learn how to operate it to test that the mat is working. Why? Because it's amazing to see how the mat works and also to ensure your mat keeps working. There are a four videos out there that purport to advise you on how to use the Multimeter but they don't cover A-Z so I can see why there is difficulty to understand the steps. As for results? This is what we noticed. We use the mat on one of our ottoman's that fits the entire mat on it and rest our feet and legs on it while watching TV. So, we each get about 2-4 hours a day when we watch TV. For the first few weeks - I felt a deep tingly sensation, sometimes traveling up my calves to my arms. It got to be too much sometimes and I would stop touching the mat and then go back to it later. I'm not sure when it stopped but it was about 4 weeks later and I no longer feel tingly sensations from the mat at all. We tested it and it still operates and works as designed. My boyfriend never felt anything from the mat. Nada. He still uses it when we watch TV. I think it is important for us to ground and the science supports it but as adults we don't do this regularly - especially if you live in fire ant land. I think it is more of assisting your whole body health plan - proper diet, being outdoors, exercise and sleep. It's not going to cure inflammation but if you can't get your bare feet in the sand or grass on a regular basis - this would help. The cat uses the mat too.

I am dealing with an autoimmune issue that causes me to be allergic to my own sweat. Therefore after using any item that is made of cloth I become allergic to it since my body detects my sweat on it. This causes me to not be able to sleep on my mattress. It's long and complicated... but this mat allows me to sleep on my mattress without getting hives and sneezing. I have to cover the mat with leather that I purchased to put over it because I'm allergic to the mat even though it says latex free. I'm allergic to latex, rubber, and TPU material and I believe this mat is made of the TPU. But with the leather cover and putting a sleeping bag on top, I am able to sleep through the whole night. When I first used the mat, it gave me energy instead of relaxing me, so I couldn't fall asleep. But after using it in small intervals, my body adjusted. Now the mat stops the inflammation from happening at night and therefore stops the allergic reaction. I honestly want to be on the mat all day like a cat in a box because it just feels so soothing to be on it. My health issues continue, but this mat isn't supposed to cure anything, it's simply supposed to lower inflammation in the body and then the body does the fixing. So in my opinion, it's working as it should.

Someone told me about this miracle mat...watch the movie" earthing the movie" free on YouTube and you will understand why it works... best documentary ever.. I am using this mat now 2 week's... I have almost no more pain, I am very calm and I am sleeping through the night since 24 years the first time. It's almost to good to be true. I RECOMMEND it highly the best $ 46 you will ever spend!!!... I recommend it to my mother in Austria and she bought one and her ringing in her ears and painful legs which she had for over 30 years are gone...who would ever thought that such a simple mat could accomplish what pills and doctors could not cure... when you use the mat in the beginning it might hurt for about a week...my legs started to hurt so bad that I almost stoped.... I am so glad I continued FYI takes out all the inflammation out...I have never give such a long review because it really works I want that everyone feels the same... Old age is not for sissies... with this mat we can look forward to the golden Age.. LoL Sincerely Madlen

I’ve had this mat for a week. I use it every day. It’s difficult to project whether there’s any effects at this point in time. Good quality. Easy to roll up and tuck away. Used at night at the end of my bed. Used to sleep on. Used to sit and meditate. Used when working and placing my feet on at my desk.

Product is good but don’t deliver cord.
