The medium is suggested for wrist sizes about 6.75" - 7.5". The medium bracelet is about 7 inches. Each bracelet size offered states the wrist sizes it will fit. Choose a bracelet size that includes the actual wrist size when measured against the skin without adding extra. To get wrist size, measure where the arm meets the hand, with a soft tape measure, snug without adding extra.

Q: ok for swimming or in the shower?

Thank you for your question. Because this bracelet is made with copper in the ends we suggest that you do not bath or swim with this bracelet. It is a matter of cosmetics and if you do the ends make a change color from the copper in the brass ends. We do offer other similar looking bracelet on Amazon that has solid stainless steel ends that would be better suited to bathe or swim with on.

We do explain in the description how to choose the correct size bracelet. The medium is suggested for wrist sizes about 6. 75" - 7.5". The small is a 6.25" bracelet and suggested for wrist sizes about 6" - 6.5". The large is about 7.75" and suggested for wrist sizes about 7.75" - 9". The bracelet is not measured on the inside.
