This is my 12th or 13th time repurchasing this product. Absolutely amazing - my “forever” knee pain from heavy squatting is 80-90% gone on the days I take this collagen. If I take even a weekend break from this collagen my knee lets me know immediately. You can go down a whole rabbit hole on collagen. There’s different types of collagen and some are better for joints, some are better for ligaments and tendons, and some are better for skin and nails There’s a German company that makes: Fortigel: this supports collagen and joints Tendoforte: this supports ligaments and tendons Verisol: this supports hair skin and nails This contains the Fortigel and Tendoforte. You also want something with Vitamin C because that helps with collagen absorption. You also want the correct form of Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) because it’s better than citric acid. There’s only 2 or 3 brands that have this exact mix and this is the one I found to be the cheapest on Amazon. I take it every day and haven’t had knee pain since the second day I took it. This, combined with the occasional osteo-bi-flex has almost completely cured 2 years of daily knee pain for me.

This is good quality.It dissolves very easily in liquids and is pretty much flavorless--and it has seemed to be helpful for my joints. I decided to subscribe to it--BUT I am still waiting for this product to be shipped for my early November's subscribe-and-save package even though it is MORE THAN 2 WEEKS SINCE I RECEIVED THE REST OF MY SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE ITEMS. No idea what is going on, but I am looking for an alternative.

It was recommended to me to try collagen peptides for my knee pain. After doing some research, I saw Fortigel and Tendoforte mentioned in clinical studies related to joint cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. One thing that stood out is that these targeted collagen peptides are typically used at lower doses (about 5g each) compared to the much larger serving sizes (often 20g total) you often see with standard collagen powders. In this case, the idea is that less is more because the peptides are more specialized. I found this product because it includes both Fortigel and Tendoforte. It included both at 5g each per serving, which seems to match the amounts used in studies. I figured that if I was going to try collagen, it made sense to start with something formulated specifically for joint support rather than just a general collagen blend. Within the first week, I noticed the sharp pain in my knees when getting up from a seated position was significantly reduced. I still feel some pressure or stiffness at times, but the actual pain is much less noticeable than before. It is not a miracle cure, but the improvement was enough that everyday movement feels easier. Obviously results will vary, but for me the difference was meaningful. This product does cost a bit more per serving than regular collagen peptides, but given the specific formulation, I felt it was worth trying. After finishing my first month and continuing to notice benefits, I decided to order two more bags, so that probably says something. I purchased the unflavored version and mix it into flavored water. It dissolves fairly well, even in cold liquids. It clumps slightly at first but breaks up with a bit of stirring or shaking. I imagine it would dissolve even easier in something warm. The flavored versions include sweeteners like stevia, allulose, or monk fruit, which some people may prefer to avoid, so it is worth checking the ingredients depending on your preference. As a side note, I had a reason to contact Sparkle customer service and had a very positive experience. They were courteous, responsive, and helpful in resolving my question. It is always nice to see good customer support backing up a product. I take daily glucosamine, boswellia, and Costco's triple joint supplement, which all seem to help my knees. I also tried turmeric, but didn't notice any difference, so I stopped taking that. But this product has provided the most significant improvement to my knee pain so far.

This review is just short of 4 weeks using the product. I used 1/2 dose for a couple of weeks. I use a battery coffee frother and it mixes with no problem. I got unflavored. Adds no bad taste to my coffee. When I first started it caused constipation but that has gone and I'm up to a full dose each day. I think it is helping. I typically walk the dog a mile or so daily over uneven forest terrain with elevations. I notice that I don't seem dependent on using a knee compression sleeve lately. I still have some discomfort but really feel that I am better. I don't take any pain meds. There is a sciatic nerve issue that makes assessing this more complex. I'm not doing the PT exercises that I should and getting away with it. :-) My condition, r-knee (I'd love to see an MRI six months to a year from now using this product): "1. Significant complex large predominantly radial tear involving the majority of the posterior horn of the right medial meniscus which appears diminutive on today's examination. In addition, the body of the medial meniscus also appears diminutive, likely related to chronic/degenerative tearing. 2. There is a subtle intermargin radial tear involving the posterior horn of the right lateral meniscus. 3. Tricompartmental knee osteoarthritis which is greatest and moderate to severe in the medial compartment. 4. Small knee joint effusion. 5. Incidentally noted is mild increased signal within the lateral gastrocnemius muscle which is nonspecific and may be related to an underlying low-grade strain, partially visualized on today's examination."

And excellent product: Sparkle joint Boost. I purchased this product and the results have been amazing highly recommend, well study product for joints . Also sometimes I add a capsule of 40 mg UC II, but is not necessary since this formulation and the Sparkle advanced 4 in 1 boost are in perfect ratios 🌹for joint.

Easy to use. Dissolves easily and is tasteless. Mix it with yogurt and cereal.

After reading the studies on the components of this product, I have taken it daily for 3 months for Achilles tendinosis and knee pain, and today is the last day I will be taking it. I am a 71yo relatively high-level distance runner; my tendinosis has got somewhat better, but I suspect this is more from an appropriate physical therapy program and rest; my knee and other joint pains are no better at all. If things take a turn for the worse over the coming weeks I may restart it, but to be honest it is pretty impossible for one person to know if improvements are due to a product or just due to the passage of time or other changes they are making. Otherwise - it dissolves well; seems to be flavorless, but I dislike the smell (so I take it each morning in a travel mug of coffee, so I hardly smell it when I drink it)

After using this produce daily for 3 weeks my long time consistent early morning low back pain and stiffness have stopped. I am walking and moving normally again all day long; not restricted, painful, and stiff. The best results for my low back pain and stiffness I have ever felt. I feel like the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz movie who got more oil on his joints to get moving again. I am very pleased and will definitely continue to use.
