A picture book follow-up to The Colour Monster, Anna Llenas's jaw-dropping pop-up book. One day, Colour Monster wakes up feeling very confused. His emotions are all over the place; he feels angry, happy, calm, sad and scared all at once! To help him, a little girl shows thim what each feeling means through colour. What is the Colour Monster feeling? And can you help him feel a little less mixed up? A gentle exploration of feelings for young and old alike. Review: A great book to teach the big feelings. - I absolutely love the illustration and the use of colors. My 2.5 yr old had been introduced to it a year back and he too enjoys identifying the emotions and color coding them. A good book to have in your collection. Review: Nice book - Very nice book regarding emotions

Emotions we'll explained
Live the book, well explained emotions. Wish there were more though - jealousy, anxiety, insecurity, love etc. I know it wouldn't make sense to a 2year old but it would work for a longer period Or the writer should definitely come out with part 2

Hoped for little more
I would have given 5 stars to this book for the wonderful thought of associating feeling with colours. The original book talks much about every feeling in detail, how we behave particularly while we feel happy, sad, fearful etc... This particular version of the book starts with the confused colour monster whose feelings are mixed as his colours. The little girl suggests him to put every feeling in different jars, but at the end of book you don't find them. ( image no 2 in the description of the book is not there). So I felt little disappointed. I created those feelings jars activity board for my little one. We read the book and do the activity board simultaneously for better understanding.

A very beautiful book I bought for my 10 month old. This book has helped escalate our communication, and after multiple readings, my lo smiles at the pink page and says baba. His love for his father is epic!
