We had ours open for at least 6 weeks and was perfectly fine, probably last much longer.

I returned it because it is not Pomegranate molasses but Pomegranate sauce. I don't recall the ingredient list but the main ingredients were water and sugar with a small percentage of Pomegranate. Go for Odysea brand which is 100% Pomegranate.
