Worked well in my Smith & Wesson revolver .177 pellet handgun

Work great, its like a combo of a hallow point and a pointed pellet. When they hit flesh or water they briefly turn into a hallow point and then turn into a pointed pellet. The combo works great for penetration and wound size. I also found them to be accurate, but not great for long range shooting due to light grain weight. Would recommend for hunting and plinking. It will expload a soda or beer can like a hallow point but then also will go threw an extra can or 2 thanks to the design.

These pellets are amazing. I have a .177 pistol and break-barrel rifle, and both guns love shooting these. I get more velocity and better accuracy than most other pellets I've tried. They are smaller in diameter than the typical .177 pellet, always very easy to load, and I haven't had any trouble with shooting them. If you want a better seal in the barrel, you might try oiling these pellets, but I haven't needed to do that. I bought them because they were cheap and am very happy with their performance. Almost none of them had bent skirts or other flaws. Perfect for pest control or target practice. Only negative thing I can say is that the tin is impossible to get open with bare hands. I had to use a pipe wrench!

I purchased these for my single pump 1000 FPS air rifle. I'm not a hunter, but was struggling with some red squirrels and chipmunks that had camped out in the rafters of my garage, under the siding of my house, in the crawls space of my basement and under the hood of an old van I park in the summer and use in the winter. I tried traps and was able to get a few, but they're pretty smart little varmints and were just having a good ole time building their nests and leaving walnut shells everywhere making a nice mess of my back deck and driveway. Plus my garage is also a home gym so not a healthy situation having droppings in the ceiling. So I needed pellets that were accurate but also designed for an effective clean kill. These are good on both counts. It only took 5 or 6 shots to get targeted in at about 25yds using the scope. After that just about every shot hit the center ring of the target. Of course I am a pretty decent shot, but the last pellets I used were not as accurate for sure so five stars for accuracy. Once dialed in it was just a matter of waiting for the opportunities and the problem was pretty quickly solved. Not to be gruesome, but these are not as pass through pellet. They do some damage. I only have two issues with these pellet neither of which called for a four star rating, but something to know. You really need to look that the pellets carefully since the shape of the ends are very similar so it's easy to try and insert them the wrong way. They can't go in the gun backwards, but in the heat of the moment you need to check quickly so as not to waste valuable time. The other issue was it took two pairs of channel lock pliers to get the lid off. Not sure why they put it on so dang tight, but not a huge deal. Good pellets for target practice and/or getting rid of pests.
