It's my husband's first day taking this stuff so he says he'll give an update if he notices any obvious change. So far he hasn't noticed any negative side effects. He cleaned the kitchen today after taking 2 of these. I'm not sure if they gave him energy or if he was just sucking up. I saw them, they're big pills but he's a man and he swallowed them with water like any other pill so they're pretty easy to take. He said he didn't have any aftertaste or gross taste in his mouth. Most of these supplements have a ridiculously high price tag on them so we decided to go with this product and see if there was noticeable change. I think anybody looking for this stuff is probably looking for the same reasons. He's 36, a little overweight and sometimes lacking in energy and friskiness. Whether this stuff is high quality or not, we'll see. It's got a lot of science behind it so it makes sense that there are benefits to adding this supplement to a man's regimen. Hopefully it increases his "durability". I'm satisfied with his performance but he's trying to wow me and I'm ok with that. After 3 years together I just kinda let him do what he wants.

This LArginine does work for the bedroom but as others have noted these capsuls are huge. I typically don't mind large pills but you're supposed to take 6 a day on an empty stomach and our stomachs are usually only empty in the mornings so I take 6 in the morning and man... it is a lot especially with all the water you'll need to get them down. So overall the product works and the price is low so maybe its a great match for some people but for me I feel like I'll purchase another brand that keeps it to one or two pills a day

First, I have fair experience with L-Arginine. Years ago, I took it regularly for bodybuilding, so I know what to expect when you take this. I recently got back on it, but I was buying it from my local drug store, which was somewhat costly. I saw this Puritan's Pride one on sale, so I bought a couple of bottles to try. After switching to this, I no longer experienced the same benefits, which tells me that Puritan's isn't as potent for some reason. With the one from my drug store, I would feel increased libido to the point that it was actually a bit problematic because I didn't want to feel aroused as much. With Puritan's, I feel nothing. Also, for those that are complaining about dose and the size of the capsules, this is normal for L-Arginine, not a fault in this product, so stop posting negative reviews because of that. Instead, educate yourself on how L-Arginine works. To get its maximum benefits, such as increased HGH, you have to take a large quantity daily. Some even take 10g a day (and you thought 6g was bad). I take 8g a day. One good thing about Puritan's is that it's a capsule, not a pill, which is harder to swallow and can irritate your esophagus easily (speaking from experience).
