Yes it has two sections with miners moss matting.

When disassembled, how small/compact is it? I want to pack this in my luggage if possible

Its quite compact. I was able to fit mine in a gym style bag easily. Its also very light. I think its like 6in x 2ft or so. About 4in thick.
