I have been using the Youtheory Advanced Collagen for about 5 months now and people have been complimenting my hair daily. Two women I work with started using it after they saw how much my hair has grown so quickly and it also seems to have thickened my hair. My hair is growing so fast! They are big pills and it is suggested to take 6 per day. I only take 4 per day, 2 in the morning and 2 after lunch. That seems to be enough for me, but that is only my experience. There is no taste or smell. The value for the price is great! My fingernails are growing faster than normal, but not a drastic change. All in all, I am very happy with the results.

It's been taking over 7days .I feel not bad with this collagen .I also been taking another collagen, Zammex .today Youtheory and next day, Zammex. Both has high contents in collagen. Zammex has 10g and Youtherory has 6000mg .I like to take collagen has high contents because ,much more effective! I felt my Skin got more smoth and softer and a bit tighter .I will see more after I finish taking! I want to keep taking both products.

Large pills, and supposed to take SIX per day (I only take two). Otherwise, good product, good service.

Let me say this, right out of the box, that it is a great product. I've been taking them for while now. I would like to say I'd noticed a dramatic difference like many of the reviewers, I'd noticed a huge difference while taking them as far as shape of my face and quality of my skin was concerned. This product actually made my nails healthier, though haven't seen much difference in hair growth, but than again you win some and loose some 😄. It has even faded sun spots on my face as well. Only other thing that's bit negative if any having to take six pills of it a day is a bummer, but love the product.
