What comes in the combo pack?

There are two types of tape in the combo pack. You need to use them both together.The thin white tape protects your skin from the strong tan-colored adhesive tape. Idon't think you would want to use one without the other, thus the combo pack.

How does it compare to K Tape?

Lekotape is a stiffer tape that does not move like the K tape that moves with your muscle. Lekotape is a very good tape, I used it when I had an achillias tendon issue

may it be used for taping shoulders ?

Leukotape is a strong tape that you can stretch to pull soft tissue. I use it to pull up ligaments on my ankle after I broke it. I first stated using this tape with my P T. YES I believe it would work for your shoulder as well. Good luck.

Where's it made from?

The cover roll (White) is made in Germany, the leukotape p (tan) is made in South Africa. The company that manufactures it is BSN Medical, who I believe has a local warehouse in North Carolina or upper SC. I swear by this stuff, at least for knee tracking problems!
