Perfection!
Delivered on time. My first time rolling out marzipan for a Battenberg Cake and it was much easier than I imagined. Taste was delicious, texture smooth. Completely satisfied with my purchase and will buy again. Only disappointment was that the expiration date was practically the same as the day it arrived, although it didn't seem to make a difference since the taste was delicious and it stayed fresh for days.

We have purchased this almond paste for the last 3 yrs for our “marzipan fest”, a 40+yr family tradition. Great product. Will order again next year.

Not a lot of flavour but but covered the Christmas cake with enough left over for next year.
Used it to cover the Christmas cake before putting on the Royal icing.

Delicious
Good texture, good taste. Best for the holidays or party season unless you’re a major big time dessert creator. It’s a fair sized chunk of marzipan and not cheap, Seems to be maintaining flavor, texture & freshness in a sealed plastic bag, main part of the fridge. Not to everyone’s taste. Fine! All the more for me!

Almond paste
The almond component is too fine and it’s wayyyy too sweet. Disappointing. I made marzipan fruits and no one ate them. More almond, less sugar. Needs more texture.

This is easy to work with
I liked the ease of use and flavor. I used for Christmas fruit cakes before a coating of Royal icing.
