Love this new toy. I was watching videos in FB and kept coming across this kid who’s about 9 and was Asian. He was always doing videos and showing how to just throw things into this and turn it on and wahhhlaaaah! A meal! Genius! It’s not just a rice cooker. To me it’s almost a cross between a fast cooking crockpot and a pressure cooker. I was some rice. Ad either water or broth, all the veggies I want and meat of choice and some soy sauce and it’s done in about 30-40 min! I set it on the regular rice setting. I also made a delicious chocolate cake in it! Mad the mix, greased the inside with pm, poured in batter and turned it on steam for I think 50 min? It was delicious!!! It was an experiment but it worked! So I use this farrrr more than just a little rice cooker, I use it multiple times a week and keep in on the counter. It’s a little big but it’s not ugly so I don’t mind. To me it was worth the money. Makes great rice but even better quick and easy full meals!

The cuckoo cooker was recommended by us and in very impressed with it. I had other cookers and it always tend to dry out my rice. The cuckoo steamer does it just perfectly. I highly recommend it to others looking for a new rice steamer.

The CUCKOO Micom rice cooker does make decent rice, and the large capacity is great for families or meal prepping. It’s easy to use, and the nonstick inner pot definitely makes cleanup simple. That said, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. The cook times feel a bit long, and sometimes the rice comes out slightly uneven depending on the setting. The build quality is okay, but not as premium as I expected for the price. Overall, it’s a decent rice cooker that gets the job done, but it doesn’t really stand out compared to other options in the same range.

This is easily one of the best rice cookers I've owned. It's super forgiving with the amount of water you add, and the rice comes out perfectly every time. It's also easy to clean, it can cook any type of rice, porridge, or even soups. It feels sturdy and well made and I haven't had any issues after a year of use! For the price, this is the best option in my opinion!

My 2nd Micom. First same one lasted more than 2 years. It is now December & I purchased this cooker in May & I already see the inner part peeling. I use very soft dish sponge for my dishes & wash the cooker as soon as it's empty. I've kept it plugged in for less than 2 days max. My old pots can resist over 48 hours. It seems like the newer ones are made cheaply so that we can keep buying them. I will not buy this product again.

I ABSOLUTELY love this rice cooker! I’ve been wanting a Cuckoo rice cooker for forever but most are so expensive that I held out. My husband and I have always used Zojirushi rice cookers but they don’t make them like the old days. We have gone through a couple and they did not keep rice warm for long. In less than a day the rice turned bad and smelled. We were throwing out so much rice- what a waste of food! I was so disappointed. I saw this one while browsing on prime day and loved the price. I also loved the reviews that said the rice was kept warm for more than a day. I was sold. I thought “Why not? If it doesn’t work I can return it.” Best rice cooker I have bought by far! The rice stays warm for a long time and I am no longer throwing out any spoiled rice. The white design is so pretty on my kitchen counter and I love the touch buttons. My husband laughed at me hugging my rice cooker, because I love it so much. ❤️ Fast forward to October 2025- my rice cooker is still going strong and it’s still the best rice cooker I have ever bought. Period. UPDATE: It is now March 2026 and my rice cooker is still going strong and still keeping rice warm for a long time.

This rice cooker design is nice. I am happy that Cuckoo released this version out. I prefer this over the Japanese version, because you can't choose how long you want things to cook, so its annoying. Never bought Cuckoo, because the price is a little unreasonable. This version is much affordable. But cannot use it yet, until kitchen is redone. Edit review after that happens. Edit What I was worrid about was that this rice cooker wouldn't be good cooking porrige or leaving rice in the rice cooking like the knockoff version of the tiger rice cooker at Costco. The tiger rice cooker at Costco is made in the US and they are not following the same standards of the official tiger brand. So the rice spoils, and it's fails at making watery porridge or making other foods need to cook longer or leave at warm setting. This rice cooker was made in US also. So I worried it would be the same. But it's fine, the only thing that screams that it was definitely made in/designed in the US, is that it's "HUGE"

Buenísima. Tengo un restaurante japonés y he usado diferentes marcas. En esta el arroz queda perfecto. Y el precio es excelente. Definitivamente la compraría de nuevo

On voit vraiment la différence avec mon autre cuiseur de riz ordinaire. Le riz est plus en grain et collant , et à un meilleur goût. Mais faut etre patient la cuisson prend 3 fois plus de temps 🥲.

This CUCKOO 10-cup Micom rice cooker works great. It cooks evenly, is easy to operate, and feels very reliable for regular use. Very satisfied with the performance and quality.

So glad I have able to find this brand, specially in Europe. It’s my first time using this brand. I am so satisfied with the cooked rice, it seems to control very well with the amount of steam flow and my cooked rice really smell great. The look of it is very smart too. I’m proud to place that on my kitchen island. It has 15 cooking functions on its menu. I have not try all yet. Extremely happy
