Not a death metal fan, but this music transcends the limitations of black metal to encompass other (more mellow) genres. Can't even tell what the band is singing about, but that needn't worry anyone... Because it all sounds really good.

Superb album been listenign to this a lot since it came out. Well layered album with soem great hooks and a reall feelling. Not heard a such a good album in while. The vocals are much mellower than their early work.

Hereis a somptuous case for a splendid disk: a digipack with all the tracks of Otta, another disk with some bonus tracks, a badge of sôlstafir..; I especially like the flag and the embodered patch; I'm delighted to have enquired this!

The packaging is great, it comes with a flag, patch, extra mini disc, pin. The album is an absolute masterpiece, after Svartir Sandar the islandic band was able to top themselves and came out with this incredible record. Hats off!

One of my favourite records of the year this. It takes you a bit by surprise at first butit really grows on you.

Brilliant album, great artwork, decent plastic outer cover, quality vinyl edition. Well recommended.
