I purchased these pills for my daughter, and I must say that I was somewhat worried. You see, she has had a swallowing issue ever since she was born. Thus, swallowing pills and such things is very difficult for her. In fact, I used to have to get all her meds in liquid form and inject them with a syringe into the back of her throat.That's why I was worried about these pills. I figured that it would wind up being a waste of money for me because she couldn't swallow any of it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when she told me that these were some of the easiest swallowing pills she's ever taken! The efficacy of the "medication" has yet to be determined, but if they work as well as easily as they are swallowed, she should do very well in taking this particular supplement.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I had been using the Doctor's Best version of this for years. It disappeared from Amazon so I gave this brand a shot. Upon switching, my symptoms started returning. I switched back to the week's worth of remaining Doctor's Best that I had in my medicine cabinet. Symptoms went away. Switched back to this product. Symptoms came back. So it appears this product is inert, at least for me.
