Can you please link a driver that will work with these?

I would probably recommend 8834 driver, but I couldn't get those so I'm using a sn754410 w/an arduino. Try not exceeding 5v continuous voltage as the motor will heat up.

Do these motors come with a driver attached?

No driver, just the motor. Can be easily driven with ttl level signals.

What is the step angle or steps per rev?

There appear to be 20 one-phase steps according to my tests.
