Iaso Tea is a great detox for cleaning your system. Please believe me. I am 62 years old and I have been suffering with constipation. Primarily, because some of my medications cause constipation. Iaso cleansed my system and the 5 pound weight loss was an added bonus. So, I continued to drink the tea, started walking outside and on my treadmill, and I cut back on my meals. I lost another 5 lbs. As of today, August 3, 2015 I have lost 11 lbs. I am looking forward to the next 5 lb weight loss. I enjoy the cleansing. You must cut back on all beef meat products. Eat half of the half you have been eating and YOU will see a change. You cannot eat the same amount of food. No sodas, little to no sugar, use honey instead. Little to no bread. Use Olive Oil. East lots of green salads. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. WALK! 3--4 times a week. No fried food; grilled baked or broiled.

This tea is great it really cleans you out no TMI here Just to be on the safe side don't have any activities plan it Because you will go to the bathroom multiple times Go to take in The night so that 1st thing in the morning it's cleaning out your system Taste wise it's not that bad to me just because I drink green tea and a lot of other teas no sugar so it doesn't really bother me taste wise but for some people say it taste nasty but I preferred this one then a raspberry flavor Over all it's great it really works

This product does not work as it claims, yes I did go to the bathroom with loose stools about once a day! Had stomach cramps and foul odor but no other change. Did not loose the weight it claims I would loose in a week. As a matter of fact did not loose an ounce!To me this tea does not work at ALL!!!You can buy any tea at the grocery store and it will do the same. So expensive and no results. I actually bought the one week and then decided let me try it for a month to see if it works after a couple of weeks. No it didn't work at all and no change. Totally disappointed after spending ten dollars for the first and $42.00 dollars for the month supply. Didn't even take the last package. Save your money not worth it!

This tea is great. It has a lot of benefits. It helps with digestive system, upset stomach, and it is a good detox tea.I drink the tea 2 times a day. 8 oz cup with lunch and a 8 oz cup with my dinner. I recommend this product!!!

I am really not sure what to say about this tea. I didn't have a scale at the time I bought it, so I can't tell if I lost the 5 pounds in a week, or not. However, the tea tastes fine. Not unpleasant at all, and I drink it without sugar. It came pretty quickly, and I have been sticking with it, to see if I lose weight. People have commented that (in their opinion) I look smaller, as if I did lose a little. When I look in the mirror, I seem to have lost a tiny bit. Nothing major, but it does seem as if my clothes are fitting looser. I may have lost inches around my torso and in my face, if not actual pounds on the scale. So I will keep trying it. I have just finished my one month supply, and am starting on my second month. Let's hope the numbers on the scale go down this month, or I won't purchase a 3rd pack.

I have always been very skeptical of any weight loss products and wasn't quite sure of this one. Oh boy did it change my thinking, I also took the drops with this and noticed within a week that it was suppressing my appetite. I was well over 250 lbs and I have been using this product for a month and I have noticed a substantial difference in my stomach area and I have lost about 9 lbs because I fell off a week without drinking the tea. So I strongly recommend this product. I paid full price for this tea and I am speaking on behalf of real results.
