I got this for son to play and talk to his friends on the nintendo switch. No problems, just plugged it in and away it went I jumping into the voice chat with him to make sure it was working. Audio from the mic was clear. It wasn't incredible but definitely better than I expected. My son loves sonic so we got those ones. They are pretty cool. The sonic figure was a bit smaller than expected. I found the real problem was the way the clear shield was connected, disrupted the clear view a but but that's just something silly. Great product

My 7 year old loves these- they are fun enough and comfortable. Only issue is he keeps accidentally turning the volume down and then thinking they don’t work. I think that’s a him problem however rather than a design issue….

I've bought a few headsets for the Nintendo Switch which haven't quite worked for one reason or another. This is the one that has finally worked as expected!

Great headphones great sound

These worked great for my son’s switch until the wire broke just above the jack meaning, unless you are good at small soldering they have to be binned. Unfortunately none of the components can be replaced. It’s a shame to have to throw these away because of something so small. These companies need to do better when it comes to repairing and replacing parts.

Bought these for son to play fortnite with friends- they worked perfectly for 3 days and then the mic stopped working. I googled the issue and found this fix: go into Fornite's voice chat settings -> Turn it off once -> Apply and Save the settings -> Turn it on again. It worked! All is well in the world again. Son very happy with them- great item. Think the issue of losing the mic is a fortnite software issue not a hardware one. Fingers crossed they continue to work now we have found a fix.

Have had the headphones for three months, I started noticing in the first few weeks that only one side worked, then after twelve weeks I noticed that the tip of the jack had broken off. When it was working it was a great product unfortunately only lasted a few weeks fully operational
