I purchased these due to the fact that we have a new baby in the house and it's much harder to get to the gym. Started working out with these a week and a half ago. We didn't want to buy a home gym to take up a ton of space in our house so we started looking at alternative solutions and came across these. They are very easy to use and swap bands out while rotating exercises and when you're done you throw all of the handles/bands in the bag and boom you're done. Quality is great! I've been using heavier band resistance and you can't tell by looking at the doors (no scratches or dings whatsoever) so the anchor provided is fantastic. The workout is every bit as good as expected. The range of exercises these provide give you a full body workout as long as you stick to the workout routines recommended. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for an alternative home workout solution.

The materials and quality of this set of bands is high. I have a couple of cheaper band sets and these are superior. The bands cover a wide range of resistance, and having 5 means more options for fine tuning your workout. The webbing and stitching are beefy and I like the metal fittings over the plastic found on cheaper sets. These look like they will last. I gave 4 stars because of the need for a couple of improvements. The exercise chart needs to be larger and have clear photos and text. As it is it is very hard to use. For this price, the chart should be as high quality as the bands. The door anchor should have both a webbing loop and a D-ring. Having only a webbing loop means you have to pass the band through the loop or use an ankle strap to get a clip-in point. Having both a webbing loop and a D-ring on the anchor would allow either option quickly.

After injuring my shoulder, I needed to exercise my arm to aid with recovery. I like to exercise in our TV room in the comfort of my own home and I dislike gyms. In the short period, I have had the set it has aided in my recovery and I would recommend this resistance band set. The set seems to be well constructed with two removable handles per band, one ankle attachment, and one door attachment. I was not sure the door attachment would work at first without damaging the door or frame after trying it a number of times I can say the door attachment will not damage the door or the frame. The versatility and compactness of the resistance bands really makes them ideal. I give the bands five stars for product quality, advertisement honesty, and customer service (I have received follow-up emails asking if I was pleased with the product, they get points for being proactive).

I originally got this for use outside on my pull-up bar, after discovering the door anchor was only intended for use on doors (big surprise I know) I took a very stout rope, secured the anchor to one of the wooden posts the pull-up bar is attached to, and it works flawlessly. Okay, now that that's out of the way, the first impression of the package that the bands, anchor, handles, straps, etc. come in was nothing short of brilliant on FFA's end because everything is conveniently stowed in the plastic, mesh type, carrying bag. The bands themselves are thick, and I don't believe they will break while in use, however I haven't used them yet, so I will update this review if that should happen. Pros: Bands are well made Bands clip onto handles/straps, so you can put multiple bands on at once Straps/handles are well made, FFA also gives you a set up tutorial on how to set the door anchor up. Cons: None thus far

These are very long. The question was asked regarding the length. When I measured them with both handles on they come to about 70 inches. Not even close to the 54 inches described. These were useless to me as I am very short. Also the handles make your hands smell weird for quite some time even after washing.

On the back of the box of the Best Resistance Bands Set, Fit Force Athletics says that have only 3 goals in manufacturing their products: that they be durable, that they be high quality, and that they last a lifetime. I have to say I'm so far very impressed with the quality of their resistance bands, their metal clips, and the door stop that is crucial to performing many if not most of the exercises in their accompanying chart. The only criticism I have so far of their product is that the chart's print is very small. They should have spread the exercises on at least two charts, with a larger font. But the resistance bands themselves are great. It's only been a week that I've had this product, and the real test of how well it holds up will be several months from now. But so far I'm quite happy. I highly recommend this quality item.

It's a nice enough product, though I haven't had any experience with any other of the cheaper competitor resistance bands. They could be just as nice for all I know. Packaging was great. So great I remembered it was just bands inside, not anything fragile. The work out chart is nice but so is the internet. It seems like a good product but for about twice the price of the others available, if the money is in the packaging and whatnot, then I'm paying for stuff I neither want or need, and I have a hard time believing there's a wide disparity in quality of resistance bands, but if there is and that's what keeps them from snapping into my face or otherwise causing injury, then so be it.

I used the Fit Force Athletics Bands while on vacation. The seem to be made of high quality materials and can be used as I anticipated. I have only two comments. One, I wish the bands were textured since for some exercises the band is a little too slippery in your hands. This seems, though, to be true of all bands I looked at on Amazon, unlike the bands in my local gym, each of which are a twist of bands covered in a textured material that are very easy to hold. Second, it would be nice if there were a second set of grips. Going back and forth between two or more bands with a single set of grips is a bit of a time waster. I have looked on the Fit Force site, but I don't see an additional set as an option. If I could have given these 4 1/2 stars I would have. Overall the cons are minor and I have enjoyed using this set.
