well made. We like the paddles like this with more feel than the fancy spnge paddles. Bought more becase the rest of family was sparring over who could use them.

For the price, this is a good buy for a family that occasionally loses or breaks the ping pong balls while using the paddles on a regular basis. I do not know if there are higher tiers of quality for ping pong balls, but these seem like every other kind we have ever owned. There is no noticeable difference. The paddles on the other hand seem to be made out of cheaper material. They make a hollow sound on contact. However, the rubber hasn't peeled away after about 100 uses and they are holding up just fine. The glue to secure the handles has remained sturdy as well, which was the issue with our last set. Overall, this is a good product for the money. I imagine I'll be ordering it again by the end of the year given how often we play.

These paddles are “el Cheapo” and I love, love, love them for our outdoor, recreational ping pong sessions at the office on breaks. One colleague deemed them “snappy.” As an older woman, I find them easy to handle. They are lightweight, which makes it easy to switch up between backhands and forehands rapidly. The crisp ping and pong sounds they make give me joy. They are holding up well to the aggressive play style of my 30-something male colleagues.

We love using these ping pong paddles when we go camping. They are very high quality and the handles are very comfortable. They don't hurt your hands. I love the two different colors that come with in the set and the fact that balls are included make it even easier to just open the box and play. I would definitely recommend these paddles.

These were good quality I did not ever get to use them because our plans for getting a ping-pong table changed I ended up returning them but not because they weren't a good product

Intuitively, the more common softer, padded paddles can put more spin on the ball, making them superior to these. Still, you might prefer these. For me, the ball bounces off them better (less force/motion needed) and hits are more controlled. I brought them to my weekly ping pong party, and about half my friends preferred them. It's an inexpensive test, and the flared handles are a good feature.

They’ve been fun to use, and for the price, I am glad I purchased them (2 rackets, 2 balls, great value!). I do have 2 issues with the rackets: 1. Very little padding. This limits control, as the ball just bounces off the wood. With more padding, you can control the speed of the game. 2. Tape holding padding tends to fall off. I find myself securing the tape multiple times when I see the edges falling off. Overall, if you’re just looking to have fun at a party, or not play that often, these will get the job done, but if you are looking to play more often than that, I would go with a higher quality pair.

I bought these last year and they have held up well after. My teens play hard!
