No. Mine did not come with the pushrod.

Will this work on sg 3c41 model?

Hey John, I'm no expert but here's what I think. If your hub uses a push rod and you have standard nuts attaching the rim to the fork, this should work. It's a simple cable operated lever that attaches to the hub nut.
