General Aviation Headset To Airbus XLR Adapter

As an Airbus A320 First Officer I use this everyday. From the stock photos you cant tell what material the cannon plug is made of. It is a heavy duty metal plug sleve. It firmly connects to the aircraft. This will last many years. It is built well above Mil Spec.

Product looked and worked great for 6 months of airline use. Then one day it stopped working. Unscrewed the housing to find a broken solder joint. Surprised to find such a thin wire within a robust casing. Called the company and have to send it back in. Will update on costumer service and turn around time.

Didn't work with Military. Seemed great. Good quality and I have no reason to believe it would fail to work great. Should have paid closer attention and I wouldn't of had to return it.

I bought this for my Bose A20 (Bluetooth) which I was using while flying B737 to use while flying my current aircraft A320/321. Unfortunately it never worked. The build quality seems nice, I don't know what is the problem. I cannot hear or transmit.

With the COVID 19 going around I ordered up one of these to use with my old DC headset. Works great, and now I won’t have to use the supplied headset.

Purchased this GA to Airbus adapter for a Bose A20 headset. After about a year it began to develop persistent static feedback rendering my headset useless. Initially, I thought it was the Bose A20 but after having the headset rebuilt and checking the adapter against others (coworkers just happened to have a similar setup) it’s the adapter. I’ll update the review after I hear back from the manufacturer.

As fate would have it, I had not been assigned an aircraft that needed this adapter until recently. It worked perfectly with my David Clark ANR headset.

Adapter works perfect. Great price, great product.
