Bread Box

Absolutely delighted with this bread box and was just what I was looking for. Very spacious and the two tier design is great. Easy to put together.

I was looking for a bread bin with clear panels or door, as things that went in our old one just didn't get remembered and we couldn't fit a loaf AND crumpets in it. Disaster. Found this one, reviews were mixed but the main problem seemed to be that it was hard to put together, so thought I'd try it. I don't think it's an understatement to say it's transformed our toast and tea time! We no longer have random bags of pittas or muffins or scones lying on the worktop, everything gets seen (and therefore eaten) before it goes mouldy, and it's a great size. I can fit a new granary bakery sandwich loaf in the bottom, with room for the last chunk of the old one next to it. On top will easily go a pack of 6 or 8 crumpets, a pack of pittas and maybe some hot cross buns or teacakes. Anyone hungry yet? It WAS tricky to put together, I'd recommend a spare pair of hands to hold the sides while they're bring screwed together. But it is possible with a bit of patience. The alignment of the top part isn't quite square, as in photo. But it in no way impacts the use. The doors stay closed well with the little magnets. There was a spare set of all the fittings in the box. It wouldn't take a huge amount of rough use, so would suggest treating with respect. All in all, we're very happy with it. Dropped 1/2 a star for fiddly assembly and 1/2 for the slightly wonky top, but otherwise it's perfect.

Fairly easy to put together. We are delighted with this bread bin, excellent internal storage with two shelves. A definite asset to our kitchen as it looks so good!

This is a fabulous product BUT instructions especially for door very poor and if someone had hand problems, elderly or have arthritis etc they wouldn't stand a chance of assembling this as screws so small would to need pay someone to assemble ,

Tricky to put together, flimsy materials, an entire page missing from the instruction booklet. Aesthetic great and love it fits in corner, but not very sturdy and overpriced for the quality.

This is a large bread bin. I had been looking for a while to fine one that was big enough to house a lot of bread etc all in one unit. I saw this, and after reading the reviews with mixed feelings, I decided to take a chance on this bread bin. You have to build it yourself as it comes flat packed. Instructions are not clear on which door hinged base is the top or the bottom segment. FYI the top box segment hinged door is the one with the tapered top door flap. If you buy this product hopefully you’ll understand what I mean. I did it the other way around at first and the top door didn’t shut properly, so then I realised that I’d build them the wrong way bottom at the top/top at the bottom, so quickly unscrewed and swapped the bases to rebuild it. Shuts perfectly now. It comes with screws and a small screwdriver which I used just fine to build it. Holes are pre drilled so easy to screw in, none were out of position, everything matched up. Better with two people as it can be a bit fiddly to try and hold it in place and screw it together at the same time. Sturdy when built. The clear windows are like Perspex clear plastic not glass. It’s very spacious, I can fit 4 shop bought loafs in the bottom segment, the top section is a bit smaller in height and the curve at the front removes some of the space. But the top section is still big, with pleasure of room for extra bits. Attached a photo for you to see how big it is with items in it for reference. One of the best things I’ve bought this year.

Très jolie et pratique. Fait gagner de la place sur mon plan de travail. Un peu juste en profondeur pour mes miches de campagne maison. Facile à monter. Je recommande

La he comprado para una panadería. De medida me va perfecta y el cliente puede ver los panes de dentro. El pan se conserva muy bien. Se nos rompió el metacrilato de una de las puertas debido al calor de una tostadora cercana (dejaron la puerta abierta) pero la hemos podido cambiar fácilmente

Sehr schöner Brotkasten. Sehr leicht aufzubauen. Alle Schrauben und kleiner Schraubendreher waren in sehr gut verpacktem Karton geliefert worden. Ausführlich gut beschriebene Aufbauanleitung sowie Tipps zur Aufbewahrung von Backwaren waren beigefügt. In unserer Küche ein wahrer neuer Blickfang.

Molto bello! Facile da montare, con fori per le viti allineati correttamente, arriva con le due ante finestrate già avvitate, ben imballato con angoli rinforzati per evitare danni di trasporto. Nessun difetto e nessun odore sgradevole, quindi consigliato!

Very weak for the price
