Mens sizing or kids sizing?? Is small for an adult or a kid?

It’s for adults! Runs more of a relaxed fit as in not to slimming. 5”11 and 195 lbs and it fit pretty well!

Does it come with the shoes?

No. It does however come with brass buckles to slip over a pair of black dress shoes.

My husband is smaller than the "standard" size on the size chart... but their is small and x-small sizes.... what should I do?

The size chart shows "standrad with these measurements 42-46 36-40 42-45 Is there nothing for those of us that would were a 40 jacket and 32 waist? Those 36-40 in pants would be on falling to my ankles !
