This fit my Nutribullet perfectly which saved me from buying an entirely new deluxe set, as I have already done once before. The underside of this component tends to get gunked up and appears not to spin as freely. Thus the motor assembly gets overworked, smokes, and smells like it is burning. (I believe my teenage boys overfill the cups despite the line and my attempts at education.) Otherwise, the Nutribullet is great. And I am thankful to fix it with this purchase. Saved me a lot of money, and is better for thr environment.

This is the genuine article. While buying cups made by others seem to be okay. Every extracter blade I have bought made by someone else has failed miserably. These seem to work with the SmartSense somewhat but not quite the same I been waiting for these to become available on Amazon because the Nutribullet website seems a bit sketchy.

Saved me replacing the entire system. When we started smelling smoke I first thought it was the motor but then thought that the bearings may just be going bad in the cutting head unit. After replacing it with this product, it works perfectly. No more smell and my smoothies are awesome again. Seems like a genuine NutriBullet product. On the second photo, you'll notice that the replacement one has a model number on the blade that says cm4223 where the original one has cx1721. Aside from the light model number difference, they appear to be the exact same in every way.

My previous product failed due to grease leaking out underneath from the main seal; and the blade side is great. If the seal has been upgraded, as I read in many other reviews, this one should last more than a year. I always treat it correctly by not loading main ingredients over the "fill to line." My first one only lasted a year.

When I went looking for this I was bombarded with listings for third-party copies of this blender part, and the “fakes” were only 5-10% less in price. This is the OEM part and it works properly on the blenders it says it does. The previous one lasted almost three years of 2-3 times a day use. The old one still works fine even, but it started leaking around the blade shaft after all that time and usage. I’m keeping it as a backup. The new one seems to have some design improvements because I notice an additional seal. Anyway, don’t get a crappy copy just to save $2 or something. Get the OEM one, that is this one, and it will last at least as long as my previous blade. Possibly longer if they managed to improve the durability of the seal which is the only part that went bad.

This was a good replacement for our worn blade. This was an OEM part and seems to be of much better quality than the knock-offs available and for only $2 more, it's well worth it. This is a very good seller.

Works well

I bought this as a replacement blade base for my NutriBullet which I've owned since April 2020. It's epic and it gets used several times a day both for simple protein smoothies and for more grunty blending of smoothies like carrot, ginger, spinach, etc. I find that after about a year, the bearings on these genuine ones start to get a bit rattly, but they're usually ok to keep using - if you get a smokey smell after using it, it's definitely time to replace it though. And if you find smoothie residue on the underside that's leaked through from the blade side, your bearings are stuffed. NutriBullet support advised me once that you're supposed to replace them every 6 months?! BTW, I've tried a couple of aftermarket blade bases and found them to be pretty crappy - non-sharpened blades and also the wrong shape and angle, so the ingredients don't get properly circulated around in the goblet the same way as with the genuine NutriBullet one. Handy tip - a common rookie mistake is if you overfill the goblet and then run the blender for too long, the liquid heats up from the blending action and the expansion forces it through the bearing, destroying the seal and ruining the bearing. Handy tip 2 - once in a while NutriBullet retires their older models and stop carrying spares. I've learned this through hard experience when my previous NB's blade base died (it had smoke coming out of it!!) in March 2020 and I couldn't get a replacement blade base anymore. It pays to buy a couple of replacement blade bases and keep them as spares, especially when Prime Day or NutriBullet Store special discount deals are on.

This blender works great and is very convenient. The Easy Twist blade locks in smoothly, and the motor is powerful enough for smoothies and frozen ingredients. Easy to clean and solidly built.
