Q: How do you put the peppercorns into this pepper mill?

1) Unscrew silver logo finial at the top - Acts as a nut on the central grind-stem) 2) Lift off top section of grinder, revealing peppercorn well interior. 3) fill about 3/4 with peppercorns. - You need some room for them to move about and don't' jam the grinder teeth. 4) Replace top section, making sure the fluted edges of the central grind stem, align with the hole in the top. Threaded grind-stem top will protrude above the top section. 5) Screw on the silver logo finial to almost tight. Too tight will not allow the top to turn.

Q: Packaging - is this not shipped in a box? I was loose in an Amazon box and I can't tell if it's new.

Bali Cast Iron 2022 and prior years doesn't come in a box. The product you have received is brand new and partially filled with peppercorns for immediate use. Enjoy!
