Alphonse Mucha: A Book of Postcards

I’m super happy about these. I ordered because we saw some in an ugly frame at the thrift store, and my boyfriend loved them. Rather than buy the trash frame to get three postcards, I hunted down their origin! He was so excited.Exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful postcards. Shipped promptly.

A beautiful book of Mucha art posters.

I originally gave this postcard book four stars but, of all the postcards I send, these are everybody's favorites. (These and Browntrout photo postcards.) I ended up ordering two more books. I belong to an international postcard exchange group (postcrossing) and am always looking for top notch postcards. The paper seems a bit thin for a postcard. But the image quality is good and I send them in an envelope anyway. I am happy with this collection. Please note that care is needed when pulling out the postcards. It is easy to twist and tear them.

I'm not much of a postcard person, but these oversized Mucha prints are stunning! The book includes 30 selected works from Mucha's poster career, all sized at 5" x 7". They were so lovely that I've actually framed them in different ways and am working on hanging them up in my house. Guests compliment them, and I'm also thrilled to have so many works of Mucha's without paying the often costly price of getting larger prints, especially by popular artists.

Bought as a gift for a Mucha lover friend. It seems to me that she was pleased with it. Great colour and printing. I believe it's nice as a reasonable priced small present.

Gave this as a gift to my 26 year old artist granddaughter and she loved it. Hope she sends me one or more of the cards. They reproduce his famous poster work.

Better quality than I expected for the price. I used three of the cards in a lovely 3 picture frame I found at the Goodwill. Looks really classy.
