The hat was as ordered, unfortunately it came in a bag and was smashed and is permanently creased and warped

Embroidered cap
Definitely a quality product! The embroidery is perfect as well as the color and fit. My husband will be very excited to wear these caps. I ordered two from this seller. Also they arrived few days earlier than expected.

Custom hat
It’s made of good material and the stitching is well done, however the brim just feels and looks a bit off. For my taste at least. For it to look ok on me, I have to wear it with a tight fit so it hurts my forehead and leaves it red. But overall it’s alright. The quality is very good, the appearance for my taste isn’t the best but it’s definitely not the worst.

Disappointed!!!!
The hat was really nice but even the adjustable hat was smaller than expected, and it was also the wrong color! I ordered a brown hat, they sent me a green hat.
