Amazing shock absorption and comfort for working out, martial arts rolls/practice, home gym. I will try to upload a picture later but I bought several tiles which were like half the price of other places that had huge discounts! They are identical in quality as the other place sent me free hand-sized samples. What a deal! I'm very happy with the purchase. They were easy to lay down myself. No cutting necessary. Every tile comes with two end pieces. One is straight to form an ending edge, the other piece is kind of rounded on the end to be used on the corner piece. Just remove (and save as a replacement) for later whatever end pieces you don't need. Excellent product. I've just had it for two days. Hopefully will update later and put pictures of my home gym when I finish putting the system on it. Highly recommend! I only put 4 stars for durability because I just got them. We'll see how they stand up later.

It’s only been two days, but I love it. I bought the 72 square feet pack and am using it to do free form and static stretching. I’m 5’4 and that was the right size to purchase because I can do post run stretching entirely on the mat (i do have 3 left over pieces) If you are my size you could defiantly go with the smaller pack, it would be like a yoga mat vibe so you have to control your movement. It’s really thick and comfy.. not sure if it will ware over time. It’s really pricey..thought I was going to regret it but I really don’t. It’s been a great encouragement for stretching since I hate doing it. The only weight I plan to put on it is my body…I see a lot of people putting equipment on top of it.

Welp, I fell today and smashed my face! Luckily, over a year ago, I used this flooring to cover the garage’s concrete floor and then put my skating flooring on top of it. I am bruised after I missed a trick and fell, but no broken limps or cuts. i highly recommend this flooring. Oh! i have also accidentally parked my heavy electric car on it and at first I thought I would have to replace the mashed piece, but the foam bounces right back every time so now I park without worrying!

I purchased the ProsourceFit Extra Thick Puzzle Exercise Mat back in July 2021, and I still have it four years later. The mats are incredibly durable and have held up through nonstop use. My kids play on them all the time, and we’ve moved them around several times, but they still look and feel like new. They’re very easy to clean, they stay connected well, and the extra thickness makes them super comfortable for workouts or everyday activities. After four years of constant use, I can honestly say this product has exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend these mats to anyone looking for something long-lasting, kid-friendly, and high quality. I’m even thinking about purchasing another set so I can extend the area and add more tiles to what I currently have.

Super thick. Anti slip. Work great under our exercise equipment. Worth the money!

They're okay

Sturdy, thick. First time buying this item for my home gym and I'm definitely pleased with the result. These are thick and can handle the force of dumbbell drops while still soft enough to walk on without discomfort. I've seen others where the thickness is maybe 1/4 inch and does not support heavy weights well. The edges are too thin to hold the pieces in place and end up failing/slipping apart. Would buy another set if I were to expand my workout area.

Super easy to assemble. I use these for a golf simulator in my garage. With the dust and dirt I was worried about them getting gross, but they’re easy to sweep off and keep clean. The 2 x 2 panels are nice since they cover more space with fewer seams.

Utiles

Nice feel and absorbs well. Also it stays connected quite well. I have them used outside but be careful, u want to use a special spray like 303 to keep them from UV fading or becoming brittle in the sun.

Its not very stable when you move on the mat. It feels good on the feet but over time it can slip. Not ideal for sound absorption or mobility workouts.

I used these to replace ~10 year-old multi-color tiles at half the thickness of the new 1" thickness version. Although the previous tiles have torn and suffered at the hands of my fitness equipment and wrestling with the kids over this time, they have really served their purpose. The positive: These 1" thick tiles have a nice, dense cushioning and are easy to work with as far as installation is concerned. The negative: These new tiles suffered permanent indentations just by sitting some equipment on them for 1 hour while I juggled rearranging things to install the new floor tiles. For the thickness and price, they just don't cut it for me, personally. I expected much better resiliency. I would not purchase again.

Ordered 18 tiles. They seem like good quality mats, however not all/any are 1”. Some tiles are closer than others, but they still all range in height and density—some tiles are .75”, some .80” and others .90”—not a huge difference, but when being used under a putting surface which needs to be level, it defeats the purpose. I could not find a way to contact the seller directly, so I’m writing this review as a way to contact. I need to cover more of my floor; however, before I invest more, I’d like to know if this standard of quality control is normal, and should look elsewhere? Or, based on the many positive reviews—which convinced me to buy the product in the first place—maybe I just received a bad batch? I’ll update soon with photos.
