I wear 34 ins waist and bought large. They fit quite snug and would have liked a bit more room for my equipment but are still comfortable. Depends if you like your shorts loose or tight fitting I suppose

Hi, I am a 32 inch waste and I have mine in a M which is perfect. Small might a bit too snug. They are very light and a little revealing but that's why I like them. Excellent for running on a hot day but you may want to wear a thong or something underneath as your bits may start to escape !
