How long will this last? What's the average shelf life?

What are the package sizes? It shows a case. Is this one 3 kg package or three 1 kg packages or???

Three 1 kg packages. This looks like the original Valrhona package. There are some re-packaged cocoa powder which carries the same name, but a bit cheaper. I would avoid those as some claimed the powder was stale.
