I would say it is very easy to set up , fairly quick . looks interesting shape like a bottle top .. a bit bulky I would say , but as long as it works , its fine .

Many hard wallets are difficult to use. YouTube videos are aimed at Techies but this baby is by far better I cannot recommend this anymore than I am. The screen takes a while to sync but I believe it’s offline so you have to wake it up. But the app on the phone searched for the device as soon as you enable Bluetooth on the device a 6 digit otp pops up and then the device is ready to sync the software wallet on the phone with the hardware wallet on the device.

I thought so too, but it’s flimsy with a thin plastic front and soft back. Glitchy at best and all coins are stuck on it now as the screen won’t respond after an update. I never liked this device after the first 2 months glitches, now I can’t access anything. Not a Nano for sure. Very slow customer service who don’t read emails properly before sending copy and paste messages. Just avoid. You know which one you should buy

At the start this product was fine and I transferred Crypto to it quite easily, but I went to use it the second time and error messages kept coming up on computer (component has lost driver) so couldn't connect with computer to do anything however I have recently found out "due to a computer change" that the fault was my computer which is now in a skip, and the secux works perfectly...

Not secure enough, within the app you can access your password phrases to access the devices currencies. This is a flaw for scammer to be able to access your crypto. What's the point in writing them down if your able to access them through the app anyway? With remote view or screen share this is still accessible for others to see.

Researched this for days. This is the only wallet, other than trezor and ledger, on every list I checked. It was so easy to set up. Love the larger touch screen. Already made two transfers, so easy.. The whole thing was so easy. I was so shocked, phone app works great, I'm really impressed. Did the initial set up on my lap top, again simple. Just as an aside I've been in the crypto space for 2+ years, and this is my first wallet. Make sure you read all the info and requirements. Hope this helps your decision. UPDATE.. Still great.. Saw a bad battery review on here. Charged it the first time I opened it, it is still has the same full charge today. 3 months later. Still love the product. The ease of use is only gets better as you go through the motions. UPDATE... Still have not had to charge the battery. Firmware updates come through every so often without a hitch. The level of safety I feel is great. Oh, and this is almost a year later. After FTX after all of it. So I have learned that this wallets code is closed source. So that is another thought and up to you how you feel about that. That is a complex situation, I would recommend doing research from verified sources and make your own decision about it.
