Totality Wood Treatment creates an effective and treated barrier to the structure by either pre-treating the wood structural or treating the lumber once it has been installed by spraying, brushing, or foaming applications. Total coverage of the wood must be completed for optimal insect wood-destroying control. Applying Totality Wood Treatment to both wood and wood based products will protect those treated products from damage for up to 2 years from carpenter ants, subterranean termites, drywood termites, formosan termites, ambrosia beetles, deathwatch beetles, false powder-post beetles, powder-post beetles, old-house bores and others. Totality saves you time and money per job because only 1 coat is required versus 2 coats for borate products. Treated wood was found to have 2,800 ppm of bifenthrin after 6 years and was detected up to a depth of 8mm (5/16").
