Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluronic Acid & Peptide - Outperforms All, Doctors Recommend for Anti-Aging

Let me start this by saying that I was initially drawn to this product because of its lack of harsh and excessive chemicals - any product that can work it's magic with only 5 ingredients is A-OK in my book, as we are constantly trying to limit our use of chemicals in general. I've now gone through two bottles of this stuff, and overall I've had success with it. I began using it in early December, and I'm more than halfway through the second bottle now, 4 months later. I'm 34, have very nice blemish-free skin, but did have some fine lines on my forehead and little crows feet, as well as two noticeable melasmas (dark spots) on my face. The first time I used this serum I immediately enjoyed the smooth silky application and how quickly my skin absorbed it. It leaves your face feeling a little "tight" after it dries, but I always followed it up with my moisturizer which took care of that. I used it almost religiously, every morning and every night. After about a week, I started noticing my dark spots appeared a little lighter and less noticeable, and easier to cover up with makeup! I wasn't sure if it was my optimistic mind playing tricks on me, but it was very motivating to continue using it as directed. After 2 months of use and going through one full bottle, I can definitely say that this serum lightened my dark spots, smoothed my tiny wrinkles a bit, and overall gave my skin a plumpness and glow that only made me look more youthful. So I ordered my second bottle, and after the third month, I started to have a reaction to it. I'm not sure if the product formula changed, or if that was just how long it took my skin to have repeated exposure to it before having a reaction. My experience was that it began drying my skin out, almost to the point of creating a dry skin/scaling effect on the surface of the skin. Having that dryness prompted me to exfoliate more, which in turn would leave little tiny "scabs" if you will, while the skin recovered. This is not cute, and does not work with my makeup. I stopped using it, and after about a week, it started clearing up. It's very disappointing, because I do really like this stuff and do think it works. After my wedding in 2 months, I am planning on working this back into my regimen in varying doses and frequencies, to see if I can find a way to continue using it without having that reaction. I will update my review with any further findings at that point.

I’ve been using this product as directed for 6 months now and I must say, my skin hasn’t looked this good since my 20’s! It does everything it claims and with continued use your skin just gets better and better. Over the years I have tried so many pricey products that did nothing but drain my wallet. This is a tried and true serum at an affordable price.

I’ve never used a “serum” that is so thin. It’s like water and smells like nothing. As an esthetician, it doesn’t make sense that there is no smell even without having fragrance in it. It literally seems like water. I gave 2 stars because maybe I’m wrong and I’ve only used it once but it doesn’t make my skin feel hydrated at all and feels like I’m just putting water on my skin Update: They will be sending me a new one. They said it sounds like the heat during shipping ruined my serum. Great customer service! Will update again after I have used the new product!

I saw an advertisement for this serum on Instagram and it quickly caught my attention. After trying it for a couple of weeks I was sold! It works great. It has lightened my brown spots and has even my skin much better than other expensive products I've tried in the past. I highly recommended this product.

I love this stuff. It does brighten your skin. It takes a 1-2 weeks to notice the difference but my skin is noticeable 1 shade lighter. I also use this in combination with a sugar, coconut and lemon scrub I use in the shower everyday. My SO uses this as well and he doesn't use the sugar scrub and he is a noticeable 1 shade lighter. This stuff works. Besides brightening my skin ( I am an African American, skin color resembles Beyonce, my SO's resembles Jay Z's skin shade), it has also brightened the blemishes on my face which are now non existent. I no longer wear makeup. My skin is flawless.

This is my second bottle. I loved the first one because it was like water and immediately hyrdrated my skin. My husband even told me I looked more refreshed about 2 weeks after using their product which he didn’t know about. Anyhow I ran out and got a new bottle that is more gel like and it’s not doing the same trip. It just feels like jelly on my skin :( Maybe I got a bad bottle?

I have been using this product for several years with very good results. I typically order a couple of bottles at a time so that I do not run out. I just started using the bottle from this order but the product is NOT THE SAME as all of my previous orders. Usually, the product has a gel like consistency; the product in this specific bottle was filled to the top (normally, the product in a new bottle only comes up a little above the label), and it has a very runny, water-like consistency that is not in keeping with any of my previous orders of this exact same product. As I use this on my face, I am not going to use this bottle because I cannot trust what is in this specific container. I hope that someone from the company will contact to let me know if the formula has changed or if this was some kind of mistake. Not only am I now out the purchase price, but I am also having to look for a replacement product as well.
