Me and my partner wanted to start doing Yoga for a while, and decided we didnt want to go to classes we wanted to be just us inside. So we ordered this item to help us know what positions do to and how to do them. The QR codes are a brilliant idea so you can visually see how to do each pose. Not just from a picture and description which are very easy to follow but for newbies like us at the moment the QR codes are great! Also a lot of fun can be had with these as you can make them into a bit of a game, and with the colour systems too you can easily decide on why types of yoga you would like to perform on and given day, or just mix it up and select different colours and do a rainbow routine! Would recommend this brilliant set!

I bought this as I am a complete beginner, and having attended a couple of classes pre-lockdown, and watched a few YouTube classes, I wanted the flexibility of being able to design my own workout. The trouble for me is, I can't remember half the poses or how to do them anyway, and some of the classes I was watching didn't have the ones I liked in them. This is where this deck came in! I found the deck to be a really useful tool in helping me learn the different poses, and to design my own yoga sessions. I can put out the cards I know I like, add in a few new ones, and shuffle them up to keep each session slightly varied. I can lay them out or work through them one at a time. I find I can learn the poses better this way. Lovely package, neatly presented and doesn't take up much room to put away. Highly recommended for beginners like me! I am going to get the kettlebells one next hopefully!

I opted for the double sized pack as it wasn't much extra to pay and I thought it would give me more choice of poses. I had a look through the cards and I am now pleased to have bought them. With attending a yoga class once a week, I have had the motivation to try at home however I wasn't sure where to start. I can now use these cards to create a workout giving me the confidence to actually practice at home without having to search the internet for videos etc. The cards also have a QR code on them to scan and show you a video if you want to see a tutorial. The skill level is varied with most poses being 'all' and a few thrown in for intermediate/advanced. This is great so I can work towards higher levels without pressuring myself. Overall I am very happy with them.

As described in the advert, a bit pricey for what they are hence not full marks however, the cards are colourful and well designed with easy to follow instructions on them. The pack they come in is good quality with a magnetic catch to keep them all inside which is great and are QR codes for you to scan for video help if needed although I haven’t tried this option yet so can’t say much about this.

Love these to add my to my yoga cards collection. Nice illustrations. Link to videos to show the poses. Nothing here that any seasoned yoga practitioner or teacher wouldn’t know but serve as great pose reminders for if certain poses haven’t been taught or practiced for a while. The cards are small but perfectly formed! I bought the mega pack and very glad I did.

Being a busy mum of 2 I found these cards really useful in helping me with my yoga practice. I struggle to find the time to get to classes so mostly end up doing yoga in my room when the kids are in bed. I find lying the cards out in front of my mat is a great way of planning my sequence and they help jog my memory for asanas that I would have otherwise forgotten to include. The colour schemes are also a great way to plan a sequence. Would definitely recommend!

I have not ever done yoga before. Walking on the treadmill was not enough. I tell ya I could not hold some of these beginning poses for the full 20 sec. If your a beginner to this and want to start in the comfort of your home..definitely has made a mental and physical change for me..... thanks yoga stack 52😉

These are great! The box is really well constructed and will last a long time. The instruction cards are useful and clear. I love the card layout! The best part is how the cards are categorized by color and difficulty, so you can decide what difficulty is right for you today, pick a card of each color, put them into a nice order, and go! I like to do my standing poses before my sitting, hip opener before forward bend, etc., and this lets me do that easily. I also appreciate the number of cards and poses.

Recomiendo 100% este producto y al vendedor. Las cartas están un poco plastificadas y se ven de buena calidad, aparecen todas las asanas que estaba buscando. Hay explicación y un código qr para ver la demostración (aunque no he podido acceder a ello realmente se explica muy bien en los dibujos). Lo volvería a comprar incluso para regalo. Muy contenta con este producto.
