Yes this machine can extract wheatgrass juice...but you are juicing vegetables just make sure you do not overload the machine, meaning do not feed the machine too much at one time. With wheat grass you won't have A problem

Does this juicer puree frozen bananas, strawberries etc for banana ice cream? What nozzle is correct for that purpose?

Yes, it is great for making a ice cream-like mixture with bananas or other fruit. It makes the fruit very creamy. I can't remember which nozzle to use but it is the one with few slots in it (that is, you dont need to strain when you are making "ice cream").

can I use it to make Almond milk?

Yes! Just soak the raw almonds overnight. Put a handful at a time through the juicer and use the attachment with the small holes. Put all the ground up almond paste and any liquid in a pitcher with water. Let sit for a few hours, then strain. You can use all the sediment to make almond cookies cakes.
