Things you need to before you take this. If you solely want the review scroll down. 1) it does smell like cayenne pepper when you open the bottle. 2) it’s in a capsule so when you take it, already have a large glass of water in your hand otherwise you will start to taste it (or it could just be in my head) and don’t just take a sip of water, drink several mouthfuls. 3) eat something shortly after you take it. The first time I took one it was around 3pm so it had been several hours since I ate, and while I didn’t experience any stomach issues or anything. Around 11pm I started to have bubble guts (explain on another point). Now when I take it, I eat something like a protein bar and no issues. 4) start off with 1 pill PER day for several days before increasing the quantity. I say that due to the bubble gut issue I had. It was around 11pm, and my stomach started to rumble out of no where. I took a gas-x and shortly later I had to RUN to the bathroom for a very quick but short bowel movement. Think of a shart. It was then I felt what I can only describe is fire on my ‘bottom’. I’ve always heard people joking around about their A hole gonna be on fire after they are spicy food, I now fully understand the joke. I will say that eating something has helped it for the most part but I’ve also started using soothing flushable bathroom wipes which really helps! 5) I also have started taking gas-x shortly after I take it to help with any bloating or avoid possible situations later. Now for the review- I did notice that when I take it and start working out or even doing chores that might increase my heart rate I do start sweating which makes sense since it’s suppose to be a thermogenic. I will also note if I take it too late in the evening that I have to turn down the AC a little bit. The quality of the product seems solid since you can literally smell it. I don’t have an issue with pill size or taking them so I can’t speak on that. So far it’s doing great and hope to start seeing some physical results.

These work very well and I take them daily. I usually take them at night before bed. I try to take them with a little something in my stomach to avoid the burning. The pills are easy to swallow and help contain the spicy taste of the cayenne for the most part.

At start of taking- 6', 188lbs, athletic build but wanting to lose just a few pounds and help my circulation (might also mention I have Crohns for people with IBS) Day 1 - 3 a day one at each meal Result - warmth in my body(not scary) and fire poopy(I made it though) appetite reduced quite a bit, ate way smaller portions and felt satisfied Day 2 - 3 a day one at each meal Result - warmth in body (not scary) and bad gas....I mean bad. Appetite staying reduced and still satisfied with smaller portions feeling like I am full faster Day 3 - Day 10 - 3 a day one at each meal Result- height 6', weight 180. (Lost 8lbs) warm feeling comes and goes, no more gas or fire anus. Staying more full with less. Almost instant results. Going to stay on them because I see progress. Side note, I am a high energy, fast paced worker, I do new construction plumbing, so my results are based on being active at the same time as taking these. I do not work out in a gym or on home equipment. At 30, I started to gain weight, from 170lbs up to 188/190lbs for last 7 years I have stayed up in that 188lbs range (38 now). These work good for lowering blood pressure

万年冷え性で、どの季節でも足先が冷たいほどです。 季節は冬。足先の冷たさもかなりのもので、一時的にストーブの前で暖めたりしてました。 あまりレビューはありませんでしたが、 カプサイシン含有量が上限値に近かったので試してみました。 カプセルは日本のとは違い大きめなので正直毎回飲みづらいですが、朝晩と食後に1個ずつ摂っています。 飲んで30分くらいすると足先がぽかぽかと感じられて、今までに無い経験でした。 日本の極微量のカプサイシンサプリとは違い、ほぼ上限値を含有しているからでしょうか。 冷え性の私でも効果があったので、続けていきたいと思ってます。 日頃から唐辛子を汁物や焼物にかけるタイプなので、普通の人よりは唐辛子を摂っているほうだと思いますが、足先にまで暖かさを感じるのは初めてでした。 レビューを見た冷え性さんにはぜひ試す価値があるとおすすめしますが、 胃が荒れる可能性もあると思うのでまずは1日1個から、タイミングは食後に摂った方が良さそうです。 1日2個で3ヶ月分あり、コスパも良いです。
